Equal Table is an interactive conversation between a small group of people in which thoughts are freely/equally exchanged leading to new insights with participants. Guide by a moderator within Equaltable framework that give it structure and help moderator finding the right tools to make discussion cognize/exploratory and respectful.
The goal of ET is the process of exchanging ideas and participants decide what his/her takeaways.
